Over the past 5 years, I've worked on diverse challenges in digital and physical areas with cross-functional collaborators. Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, my educational background in visual communication design paved the way for a career journey starting as a service designer.

Working with educational technologists, I created service pipelines, blueprints, brand identity, and a spectrum of user experiences. Then, I switched to AI healthcare sector and designed mobile and tablet apps to enhance hospital service experiences.

Getting fascinated by UX strategies in business and products, I moved to New York City to pursue a Master's in UX/HCI at Pratt Institute. My recent focus area is creating a cohesive, scalable, and inclusive user experience through human-centric approaches and design systems.

Outside of work, I'm a 🐶 dog mom, 🐳 animal lover, 🏊 swimmer, and 🤿 scuba diver!
